Captain
Carl Fismer and my wife, April, and I welcome you to the The Treasure
Chest at The Treasure Experience. Long before Pirates of
the Caribbean, Arthur C. Clarke once wrote, "Sunken Treasure... no
words in the language hold more magic. For who hasn't dreamed, at
some time or other, of diving into one of the lost galleons of the
Spanish Main, loaded with its cargo gold and silver."
And we
couldn't agree more. Lost or sunken treasure makes the perfect
gift, for you, or someone you love. Each piece is unique and was
hundreds of years in the making; there truly are no two pieces alike.
But
finding that perfect sunken treasure gift can sometimes be very
frustrating. In recent years, counterfeits from the Orient abound,
and depending on where one finds their treasure, they may have paid more
than they had to. We are committed to bringing you the highest
quality authentic sunken or lost treasure for the best price that we
can. Compared to modern jewelry, with no history or story to
tell, there is no comparison.
If you
are visiting this page, more than likely you have met one of us during a
show, and you know that we pride ourselves on personal service
and making sure that you are not just happy with your treasure, but
ecstatic!
Below are examples of the different types of treasure, and bezels,
available. Not sure what size a coin really is?
Click here to see examples of how U.S. coinage
compares in size to lost treasure pieces.
As we like to say, the
treasure picks the person. We have pages coming soon with samples
of the treasure we have in stock. Since we are full time treasure
hunters and dealers, our stock is always changing. So if you see a
piece you like, contact us right away.
All
treasure comes with a Certificate of Authenticity,
numbered and personally signed by each of us.
Enjoy your own search for treasure!
